**Q: Does it work in old houses with thick walls?**
A: The thick walls will reduce the working range, but I think this product is very usefull for calling someone.

**Q: how do you fix the lanyard into the pendant**
A: I have put the very thin loop around the plastic "tongue" in one of the depressions.  I found that the black clip was too big to put in the hole at the other side.

**Q: Can you buy multiple receivers to work with one button?**

Yes, you can connect over 55 receivers with one button, and as same as the receiver, one receiver also can work with over 55 buttons.

A: I cant say as not tried this but we live in very old cottage with solid thick walls and works all over house
