I love the look of this faucet. My husband wanted a more modern look so I picked this out. I think the look and style are fantastic.The faucet itself is a little messy, I find that we get water all over the counter top for whatever reason. This doesn't bother me too much, to be honest. But I suppose I would prefer if the counter top didn't seem perpetually wet.The only other issue (which is probably only an issue to very few people) is this was one of the first projects (the bathroom) completed of our pretty extensive renovation project to our new two-flat. We were living in the building during the reno. Every time the contractor had to turn off the water, this fixture always "sputtered" in a normal faucet this just means the water sputters out. What it means in this faucet is the water SHOOTS out of the chamber and soaks your stomach (or if you are taller than my 5'0 quite possibly your crotch...) I can't tell you how many times I got shot in the stomach with water!With that said, I would still purchase it again. I think it has a fabulous look, and for the most part we've learned to be a little more gentle with our hand washing so the water doesn't go flying.

We purchased & installed the chrome version. Overall, very easy to install and it looks good. Water spots are pretty obvious, however. Also, the plastic-y housing that surrounds the handle was a little jiggly prior to installation. I was worried it would sound cheap every time someone went to use the faucet, but I haven't noticed that issue since installation. Also, I was happy with the drain assembly as it looks really nice, but making sure it was tight enough to prevent leaking was tough. I think I bruised something in my fingers while trying to make it tight enough. But it works well and looks 100% nicer than the drain that came with the sink.

Love it! got this for our powder room - daughter loved it so much she insisted on using them in her double-vanity bathroom remodel. But be aware - the spout extends quite a bit into the sink. It was fine with new countertop as we drilled the hole a bit further back but in the original sink the hole was very close to sink so spout extended well into sink. Easy installation and we LOVE the pop-up drain - so much easier to install!

We've received a number of compliments for this faucet, and it functions great as well. The control knob is a bit light (not much resistance), but it feels very sturdy. The water does jet out into our sink maybe 6-8 inches from the faucet when on full blast. Keep this in mind, as sinks with short depth may pose a problem. This is actually a good thing in our case, as my kids can actually use that long water arc as a water fountain -- saving on the dixie cups!We paired two of these with a Vigo double vanity and it looks fantastic. I only had a few inches between the base of the copper water connections of the faucet and my supply valve. They don't sell super short water supply lines at the store (9" was the shortest); but I received a great tip from someone there: buy a longer supply line and put a loop in it. This worked out great for me, the look wasn't that bad (although it's in a cabinet), and it kept the hose out of the way since the loop made the line taut.

very good looking fixture. good customer service. unfortunately the brass tubes affixed to the faucet are so narrow they allow only a trickle flow. this was true even with all three screens removed and with a replacement cartridge provided free by pfister.

Looks great and works well! Due to the extented spout (4+ inches) and the water throw from the spout (2+ inches), the faucet should be installed as far back from the lav edge as possible. You should clean the "waterfall" spout edge periodically due to water mineral collection.

the waterfall flows perfect for a bathroom sink, the valve does it job perfect.I'm subtracting one star because if you look closer you can see the finish is not smooth, not for a faucet in this price range.

I ordered this through Amazon.com because my local Home Depot did not have it in stock and would not allow me to order through their website. I ordered it on a Friday and received it on Tuesday and it was shipped to me in Canada at a total all in cost of over $45 less than it would have cost at Home Depot. My husband was able to install it quickly and it looks and works perfectly. I am really happy with it. It does come with a base plate, so when you order, you don't need to order a base plate separately.
