The capsules are easy to swallow and leaves no taste in the mouth. I cannot tell the benefits so far because it is only a month since I started, but I can say it is of good quality, nice package and sealed.

Speedy delivery and nice packaging, but are the capsules supposed to be brown in colour as I read that this was a sign of reservatrol that wasn't good quality? I only gave three stars by the way as I've not had chance to complete the supply yet and experience any benefits.

The product itself seems absolutely fine but the capsules taste foul. I don't have this problem with any other supplement so I'm sure it is possible to make capsules with no taste.
