Whittard of Chelsea Discoveries Loose English Breakfast Caddy

I got this as a gift for my mum and she loved it. It’s proper posh tea with full “English” strength. The tin holds quite a good amount of tea so definitely value for money.

Amazing English Breakfast Tea

Very nice festive flavoured tea and comes in a lovely colourful tin. I had to use slightly more tea leaves than recommended as I love strong tea but after five minutes of waiting the flavour is amazing. I would recommend to anyone that is a tea lover

I emailed in to let Whittards know that i had cut myself on this tin they manufactured as it had a wickedly sharp piece of metal, lethally honed yet quite imperceptible, on its lid. I provided Whittards a Batch number, photos and as much information as possible. This was for the sole purpose of consumer responsibility. This is the response: I am sorry for your injury and appreciate you letting us know. However, as you have not brought directly from Whittard and in fact from an unsolicited seller on Amazon we are unable to help in this instance, I would suggest going back to the seller. Its such a shame that passing the problem to somewhere else, despite the fact that it is clearly a product recently manufactured by Whittards, is a really unhelpful, irresponsible thing to do. I'm not clear what they think they have achieved in dismissing this. Amazon, as always have apologised on behalf of their marketplace seller and refunded me fully. Whittards clearly dont take public safety very seriously so wont be getting my patronage again. It's very frustrating.

This is not about the product because I’m a huge Whittard fan but there was a huge dent in the side. It was a gift so it was very embarrassing!

I really like this tea. Perhaps you've heard of intermittent fasting, perhaps not, but I don't eat until 1p everyday. I love that I can drink black tea or coffee without breaking a fast, and I prefer tea, but some black tea and breakfast blends can get me a bit nauseated or tea drunk on an empty stomach, but once I nailed how I like to brew this one, I found that it had great flavor without any noticeable jitters or belly stuff. I drink a lot of different tea, but I will be revisiting this one in the future. I highly recommend!

Die eher mäßige Qualität rechtfertigt den Preis nicht. Die Dose ist sehr schön. Aber schöne Teedosen bekommt man auch schon für 7 Euro.
