Disclaimer: I am an 80+ year old widower whose views might differ from a younger generation. I found this to be a sturdy, well-made, frying pan. You can spend a lot more but why when this is available for such an attractive price. Food doesn't stick and clean up is a breeze.

A frying pan is a simple cooking utensil. This pan is made to look and feel professional, and it delivers that level of performance. Its non stick surface works beautifully now, when new, and only time will tell about longevity. I am cooking on gas and the improved cooking performance is the result of its thicker aluminum pan, which results in more even heating across the cooking surface and is more forgiving as well. These are significant improvements over the pan it is replacing.

I am not a chef or a full time cook generally. My wife got injured so I had to take over the cooking for a bit and she ordered this pan for me. Several months later and still using it and have not managed to mess it up yet, and not for a lack of trying. The non stick works as expected, not sure how to rate it other than it works. It cleans easily, but stuff does get caught on the 3 rivets inside but they are still easily cleaned. I have used this pan twice daily since i have gotten it and enjoy doing the cooking with it. It seems to heat evenly through out the pan. The handle cover (feels silicon like) is very nice and helps me hold the pan even when hot. My biggest surprise was doing eggs and seeing how they come out. The old pan we had the eggs would appear dark and crusty, but on this they eggs were white and appeared like a fake plastic egg (they were not just looked like one) and it tasted nice. Would definitely get another one if needed but will be getting the 12 inch one next for bigger meals.

This isn’t the pan’s fault—but it’s an important reminder: use proper utensils if you want it to last. 📝 Other things to consider: • The pan is slightly heavy. • It works very well on a gas stove, but I wouldn’t recommend it for glass-ceramic cooktops, since it tends to slide around and makes cooking more difficult. 📌 Bottom line: This is a solid pan if you use it properly—with the right utensils and on a compatible stove. After over a year of heavy use, mine has served its purpose, but it’s time to replace it because my sister damaged it with stainless steel utensils.

I use this pan more than five times a week, and it’s become one of my most reliable pieces of cookware. The non‑stick performance is excellent. Food releases easily, cleanup is quick, and I’ve never needed to go above medium heat to get great results. It heats up fast, holds heat well, and the stainless steel bottom is a nice touch that stays easy to clean. The handle is shaped a bit differently compared to my other pans, but the silicone cover gives it a comfortable, secure grip. I’ve also taken the pan straight from the stove to the oven, and it still looks new. The pan has a good weight and thickness… it’s not so heavy that it’s difficult to use, but not so light that it feels cheap. The only things that would make it even better are a matching lid and if the handle fasteners were coated in the same non‑stick material as the rest of the pan. Overall, the performance, ease of use, and durability make this an excellent everyday pan.

I got this pan primarily for eggs, and I cook a lot of eggs. It’s a great pan and as long as you control your heat, this pan will last forever. Overheating will cause the nonstick to delaminate from the aluminum so don’t do that and use silicone utensils, you will be fine. I find that the 10 inch is perfect for 3 egg omelettes and scrambles. It’s light and cleans well, but let it cool before hand washing with soapy water and use a towel to dry it. Happy cooking!

I bought four of these for an event we were having at our school where the dads cook a breakfast for the moms and so sons. Our dad leading the kitchen crew is a chef and requested a few large pans for the eggs (we don’t have a flat top). He was very appreciative of these and said they worked well! They seemed to clean well too!
