Rec R-14 Ride Water Shoes PWC Jetski Ride & Race Jet Ski Gear

I like this brand and find most everything they have as high quality. I decided to go with Jet Tribe on these as other products are some of the very best. (Gloves, racing vests, wet suits, etc.). These feel better than the cheaper water socks/shoes on the market. The good, a big thicker, better quality materials. The lows..... Velcro to keep the shoes on (Velcro always gives up after one season), the inside soles came out and keep coming out the first time I was on the water (Usually they stay in a few months before that problem starts with cheaper shoes), and the bottom is not solid, it has smaller "finger" texture, like a dog comb, which may give cushion when walking on cement, but are slipper on wet services like a jetski dock. I filled up with gas, pushing my stand up off the ski dock, I kept slipping off and notices it was the shoe bottoms. I'm used to something more solid. beware and understand, and hope you have fun out on the water.

I bought these for riding our jet ski thinking they will serve as my new water shoes. They work great in the footwells of the ski as long as there is non-skid material under the shoes. Otherwise, I had NO GRIP. I slipped when I boarded a boat and on the metal railing of my ski trailer when loading the jet ski. No injuries but had to really take caution once I realized I had no traction. Felt like I was walking on ice. These must be only made for riding the ski and that is it. DO NOT walk on wet, slick surfaces as these have zero traction and are not like water/swim shoes.

Second pair the bottom gel waste fast not intended to walk for long period of time and the sole comes off once it touches water.

Have not used it yet in water but the soles seem to be cheap. Already out of the box they are separating. Grip looks like it will work well though and I will try them out

The sole turns yellow gets brittle and peels off. Not for more than a season or 2
