Worked as expected and seems solid.
Worked well as expected. I used it to replace/install a new bottom bracket on a 1991 Specialized Rock Hopper. The material and build seemed solid and performed well.

Perfect for Race Face Cinch Chainrings
Excellent part and price from this seller - very happy with the purchase. Just what I needed to remove and install Race Face Cinch chainrings - pairs well with a torque wrench.

As advertised
Perfect fit to install my new Shimano bottom bracket. My other cheap BB tool would not fit the part. Material seems to be of better quality and came in at a reasonable price point versus other mainstream brands. Should last my lifetime as a casual DIY'r. I would recommend. I had to buy multiple new tools in order to remove a stuck never maintained BB.

A must-have for the DIY bike mechanic
If you've read my other reviews (on MTB), you'll see I've been working on bikes since I was about 10yo. Does it make me a professional? No, but it shows I know a thing or two about tools, or the lack there-of. When you're 10yo, you may have access to a hammer and a screwdriver that you snuck from your dad. We tore down bikes completely and rebuilt them, including wheel lacing and swapping BB, with only a handful of tools. With that said, this tool would have pure wizardry back in those days. Fast forward almost half a century, I'm still not a professional bike mechanic and I don't expect to be. But this really is a must-have tool for any DIY bike mechanic. The reviews are all over the place. Great tool, tool was broken and not worth your time... Here's my synopsis. - Is this a great tool? No. I run a machine shop and have access to real tools. In fact, I make many tools and the fit and finish on this tool is not the quality to comes out of my shop. Why didn't I just make one? My shop is not all-inclusive so spline tools are not my forte, plus it would cost me a heck of a lot more than $10 to make this myself, with the quality I expect. - Is this an OK tool? Yes. I mentioned the DIY bike mechanic. Face it, as a DIY mechanic or someone who wants to learn to do this on their own... how often does someone swap out a BB? It's been about 10 years on my Giant and now that I'm doing more rocky off-beaten roads and now I need to replace my bearings. Plus I'm rebuilding a couple Schwinn bikes. This tool fits the Schwinn bikes. - Is this tool for professional bike shops? For a professional bike shop, I would pass on this tool, since the usage would be very high and this tool may not last that long. Or, if a Park is 3x the price, will it last 3x as long, or more? This review revolves around the DIY bike mechanics, since professionals should spend more for the tools that their shops depend on, and home-gamers will only use these tools a few times in the lifetime of the bike. With that said, this is a great tool to have in the home shop. It's $10. As long as this is the type that fits your bike(s), don't hesitate. For those who got sockets that are damaged or broken, or don't sink all the way down, don't hesitate to return it ASAP and don't bother "trying it" if it is obviously deformed. You might do more damage to your bike. The tool that I got appeared to have some kind of spatter-sprayed finish, but the tool looked fine. I made sure the splines sunk all the way down, or at least 75-80% down before I took the impact wrench to it. My BB was very tight, even for the impact, but I kept everything straight and the BB came out. No problem.

Works as it should. Haven't got to a stubborn bottom bracket yet but all the bikes I have been cleaning and servicing, works great.

I just used this to remove my bottom bracket. It held up better than expected but my bottom bracket wasn't on crazy tight. It worked well with a ratchet but it moved around a bit so I had to be very careful to keep it straight. I checked the teeth on it after using it and all of them are still perfect. I'm happy with this tool and it was half the price than the Park Tool bottom bracket remover. I used this on my Rad Rover electric bike to replace a magnet disc and PAS sensor, I don't really see myself having to use this tool that much unless I need to replace those parts again and for some maintenance from time to time. I would recommend this tool.
