About right size, did not match the necklace in any way, ear rings good value necklace that went with it very poor looked like small child necklace.

Nice and shiny.People love them. I have received many good comments about them.Full of swarovski that seem quite securely fixed and butterflies quite thight avoid the earings to be lost.You can choose, also, to wear the earrings with or without the hanging bit.

This pair of Swarovski Crystal Crescent Moon & Stars "Dangle & Drop" earrings are a little different from their usual designs in that the "dangly" sections - which feature a pearl-like stone above a couple of star-like metal shapes inlaid with small crystals - can be removed and the crescent moon shaped earrings worn singly or as a pair of regular stud earrings.The presentation box is standard fare as far as jewellery goes; black box and black velvety lining,but rather than the earrings being laid directly onto the material they are encased in a fairly thick clear plastic casing to ensure protection from dust, moisture or anything that may tarnish while in storage or transit. It's actually quite ugly-looking and rather detracts from the faux plush setting, but it does ensure that the earings arrive in pristine condition.It must be noted however, that these crescent moons are rather small and not very noticeable if worn sans dangly bits. As small as the moon earrings are, they and the stars on the dangles are nonetheless inset with many small crystals, some blue and some clear, and this gives them the sparkle that Swarovski crystals are renowned for.I'm personally not over-enamoured of the dangles, and it seems wrong that the colour design of the moon section is not replicated in any manner in the dangling sections. I think they look better minus the dangles - or rather, they would look better were they slightly larger; with no larger crystals in this piece they simply don't have the chance to show the famed brilliance of the Swarovski crystals as both they and their settings are just too small to show them off to their best advantage.Thus while they evince the quality that one would expect from such a well-established respected jeweller I don't think this is one of their more impressive products, and unless I or the potential gift recipient was particularly attracted to the Moon & Stars motif I wouldn't give this much consideration; I've seen other crystal jewellery of superior style and brilliance from Swarovski at lower prices and this set just doesn't make the cut for me.

These are long enough to stand out but very delicate and feminine. I must warn that this brand is not good for people with allergies to certain metals. I'm allergic to anything but gold or pure silver, and these make my piercings itch and bleed and scab.
