Do you make toddler pillows that are not as firm or thick as others? My son is very picky. :(

do you need a pillowcase for this pillow or is it supposed to be used without one?

I suppose you could use without one? - but we bought soft pink pillow cases. They make them specifically for the toddler pillows. In your Amazon search cut/paste: My First Pillow Set of Two Toddler Pillow Cases, Soft Pink. (There are other colors)
