There is no mention of size on the business end of things. These are pretty small. Your largest diameter is about 3/8" to maybe a 1/2". Most of these are much smaller than that. Your indication of size is to look at the pictures and determine if they will work for you by comparing the 1/8" shank size to the fiber end. I used a variable speed Dremel tool with them on about the lowest speed. I used solid ruge for the rubbing compound, to polish guitar frets. they worked ok for that purpose. I think these are more suited to jewelry or other fine detail work. They are indeed hard, so keep that in mind for your intended use. I think for these, a slower speed is a must!P

I was disappointed. They are well made, but the fabric of them is so dense that I could not get any polishing compound on/in them. I tried solid compound (like you use on a buffing wheel) and the compound would melt but not enter/stick to the wheel. Ultimately used some liquid auto polishing compound, but even that was mostly just pushed around by the dense felt.

Needed some for polishing pistol internals w Flitz. Went through a few and everything shines like a mirror. Lots of sizes for different surfaces. Glad I bought the big kit. Makes sense financially. Now I have more than plenty for other projects and friends. Good purchase.

They work well did some polishing on one of my firearm

Love this product only it wears down too fast yet for job used on cut my cleaning time down by 2 and half hours per unit. Love this and keep for my own jewelry making at home as well.

You may think that these will unravel immediately but they don't. They are very durable and can be used more than once. I use them to polish metal and use them with Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish and they work great. Highly recommended.

In my opinion, they're too hard for polishing. Wish they were softer because they generate a lot of dust and heat, even after soaking them in gun solvent. Not exactly sure if they're felt. Would suggest a variable speed rotary tool.

JUST WHAT I HOPED FOR - THESE POLISH SMALL CRAFT PARTS VERY WELL. EACH ONE IS DURABLE.MAKS MY JOB EASIER.

Polissent bien, résistent pas mal longtemps.

Arrived today and there is only 16 pieces total, description says 20 pieces. Most of them look a mess. I doubt I’ll be able to polish using them as there are not soft at all. Not impressed.

Would buy again
