We recommended the child is at-least 5 years or older as it will be a quicker learning curve. 
The balls are great and will teach kids the fundamentals (such as taking hits, combos, coordination, and etc.) early.

**Q: Is it suitable for children's agility training?**
A: Suitable for adults, children, the elderly. Can be used. The headband has a Velcro that can be adjusted at will and uses all the crowds.

**Q: Will the connection of the boxing ball be very long? I think my arm is relatively short.**
A: You adjust the length of elastic accordingly, pretty straight forward, one size fits all.
