Metal Mesh Filter compatible with Howdens, fits Lamona Cooker Hood/Extractor Fan Vent (Non-Universal, Pack of 2 Filters, Silver, 318 x 258 mm)

I ordered two new filters for my Lamona cooker hood. They arrived safely in sturdy cardboard packaging. I had measured the length and width and was happy that they would fit. I soon realised they are not a standard fitting as there are small additions at the back which connect to fittings on the cooker hood. However, with a small amount of bending them inwards, I was able to get them to fit safely.Note to others, don't just check length and width , check the other measurements too .

The product it self was good but they don’t fit ! They are definitely not compatible with Howdens, Lamona Cooker Hood/Extractor Fan Vent as listed which is a shame

Unfortunately the clips on this item were in a different place to my old ones so unable to use them my cooker hood is quite old but the items themselves were fine

This item came quickly and looked the part but on attempting to install the fittings (for want of the correct term) are not placed correctly for the holes in our cooker hood. As we had already removed the packaging etc it's no longer returnable. Be careful to purchase for the exact model you have at home as they aren't all the same although the product heading suggests one size fits all.

I'm afraid it's not compatible and I bough it and took measurements and it would have been great other than the parts that clip into the cooker hood are not in the same place as where mine on my hood are. I didn't return yet but would like some information on how to.

Item doesn’t fit. Company refused to give a refund, had to pay return postage myself. Reported to trading standards, clearly by all the reviews it is evident this company is misleading consumers under the consumer rights act and restricting rights under the consumer contracts regulations.Please be careful of this company, its been a nightmare getting any response from them.
