I accidentally washed my sheet in hot water.. it only happened once and i didn’t realize it til i hung it up to dry. did i just ruin my sheet?

I don't think so. You should wash them in warm water.

Can this sheet be used with a heating pad?

I honestly don't know, but if you're talking an electric heating pad, I would think it somewhat defeats the purpose of the grounding mat. But I don't think the heat from the heating pad would have any negative effect on the mat itself.
