For the amount I paid, including packaging, I don't think I'll be buying these again as I expected them to be an accessory that I can wear regularly in public and on special occasions for at least a year into the foreseeable future as my previous claw clip was very robust and managed to last that long without the design being compromised. I have my doubts though that it won't last that long if the coating is going to peel off at the same rate that it already is. It should also be noted that when it initially was peeling, the coating was sticking out and as the material of the coating is hard and surprisingly sharp, it has the potential for leave people hurting themselves. Which isn't a big deal for adults however it isn't exactly the safest if someone wanted to use this for their child.
