I ordered two of these from a seller on ebay and there were no kind of papers came with it nor any contact info to contact the maker of them. I needed to tell that one of the zippers were badly stuck and would not unzip and it had little tore places at the zipper end like someone used wire pliers in order to get it zipped. The other pillow will unzip, but not so easy. But they do feel real nice to lay your head on.
