Made with mustard seeds but it is a smooth spread. No whole seeds or chopped seed parts

Is this a dijon mustard? thks MM

I would have to say no. I had a jar a couple of years ago which I loved and it was more if a champagne Dijon with a sweet maple taste. Divine! Found it on Amazon a couple of months ago and I'm sorry to say it now tastes like plain French's yellow mustard with some maple syrup mixed in. It doesn't even have the same texture - this jar is quite thin and runny.
