Its not pigmented. Its very mild. Leaves the leather clean and soft, with a coating of lanolin. **Q: Will this restore 80 year old boxing gloves that are literally shedding leather dust** A: My apologies but I only have experience using it on boots and boot leather and none of the boots were shedding dust. My I suggest you research Obenaufs Heavy Duty Leather Conditioner either the paste or the oil. I have used both on my leather boots and both have worked superbly at restoring leather to like almost new condition that had been seen heavy used and was showing signs of advanced wear and was dried out. Sorry can't be of more help but I only have experience with restoring leather that was less than 20 years old and save for some 170 year old antique family heirlooms made of wood and steel I don't own anything else that is 50 years old let 80.
