It does not fit properly because to the small size outside frame
The size of the outer frame is smaller than the original one , I had to put a black sticker in order to cover the places of the old holes.

Fit my lance camper but i did have to trim it as the camper wall was a 1/2" thinner

This is not a good one
Total garbage it’s poorly constructed and not the same size or design as ever other oem vent. I also had to trim the back to fit because it’s too deep. No gasket and doesn't seal well. I will pick a different vent next time2015 forest river Vibe travel trailer

Measurements compared to my old one were the same. Quality appears good. Time Will tell
Same features as the one i replaced. I would purchase again if i needed another....for another trailer. The original lasted over 15 years so i shouldn't need another.

Make sure it will cover your existing hole.
I had too trim a little off the inside flange as it went too deep for my trailer.
