It's moisturizing, and that alone is difficult enough to find because I tend to have very dry skin under my eyes. So just for that, I am happy with this eye cream. It also isn't so rich that it clogs my pores and gives me milia. You only need a tiny amount and so this container should last for a decent while. However, I haven't noticed anything miraculous, such as lesser dark circles or smaller bags or anything. Admittedly, that area of my eye isn't super prone to those problems. But I also haven't noticed a lessening of the fine lines. So if you're looking to get rid of fine lines or even wrinkles, this probably won't do it for you.
