Overall, very impressed. Lightweight. Comfortable.I was a little nervous that the padding would either be too thin for cycling or too thick for running, but it's an excellent balance and I've used this suit for both.On sizing, I'm 5'8" and 40" chest with 32" waist. The medium fits nicely, but is a little bit tight around the chest.
