I purchased this and set it in my living room to help me improve my balance. If I am deciding to watch TV or play on my cell phone for an extended period I have to spend it on this thing. I love it. Great way to easily add a quick small muscle work out in throughout the day. Sit and work on posture or stand on one foot and fatigue your balance muscles. Anchor points provided and I have a 40lb resistance band I replaced the ones it came with. Has helped me increase my strength through targeting stabilization. Really great product. The pump provided inflates it just fine but you have to be direct with what you are doing. My wife found it tricky, I found it simple enough to get to a good pressure. The material all seems of good quality and built for durability. Claims to withstand 600+ lbs. It is doing a great job with 200+!

Love it! I’ve wanted one for a while because all of my trainers have always used these when getting me in shape. My one complaint is the straps. The straps are a awkward length so it makes it hard to do the exercises needed while on the ball. I’ll have to buy separate straps to be able to connect to the ball do arm exercises. But at least it has hooks to so you can buy other bands and hook them on. But love the ball, the durability is great, extremely easy to blow up and set up. Comes with a air pump.

This seems like a well-made product that my girl will enjoy for years, just as soon as she actually cleans off the dust and starts using it.

I recently went to a couple classes at my local gym and the instructor let us use these exercise balls. I couldn’t believe how sore I was the next day! It was a good sore! Using the exercise balls added a whole new level of difficulty from the need for balance and core strength. I was hooked and immediately started searching for one on Amazon to have in my own home. This one seemed like a good price point and I liked that it also came with the resistance bands. I’ve used this exercise ball for the past several days in a row now and I have to say, I love it! The ball came flattened in the packaging but it included a plastic do-it-yourself air pump to inflate the ball. Set up was relatively easy but if I had to admit one downside, I would say that the pump is kind of cheap. It did exactly what it needed to do though so I really don’t have any complaints. I actually like that it has the capability to adjust how much air is in the ball so that when using it, I can adjust the resistance and stability based on the difficulty I may or may not have with balancing on the ball. I feel like I’m getting an excellent workout using this stability ball. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend it to others!

This half ball balance trainer is as good as the BOSU ball which costs about $150!!! The only difference is that the BOSU has a handle on the bottom for easier carrying but that’s not a deal breaker. This trainer (upside down or right side up) is perfect for pushups, planks, dips, ab work, squats, lunges, deadlifts, stretching and so much more! SO glad I made this purchase, this trainer has def helped me get over my at-home workout plateau during this pandemic! Tip: I found the pump included to be useless. I used a basketball pump to inflate the trainer and it inflated very quickly.

My husband and I are each well under 200 lbs and I just feel like it still isn't as supportive as it could be. Maybe the rubber is not as thick as other brands I have used. Also, I would not recommend getting this product if you are hoping the bands will be useful. They do not provide a lot of resistance. Overall, the ball itself is average and I think we will still be able to use it for some of our workouts, but if you are looking for something more substantial, it's probably worth spending the extra dollar bills.

Nach Hüft TEP muss ich etwas für den Muskelaufbau machen. Dieses Gerät ermöglicht es mir regelmäßig zu trainieren. An der Decke habe ich eine Schlinge befestigt, sodass ich mich festhalten kann. Ich kann dann auf dem operierten Bein stehen und es bewegen. Das Gerät macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Man kann es sehr stark oder halt weniger aufblasen. Die mitgelieferte Pumpe ist ein Witz, aber: sie funktioniert.
