Pyrex 7402-PC 6/7 Cup Blue Round Plastic Food Storage Lid, Made in USA - 4 Pack

Back in the mists of time we purchased a set of PYREX food storage bowls with accompanying plastic lids. They were great, except that after about a year of use the lids began to crack. We were thus left with a set of glass bowls that had no lids. Thankfully replacement lids that fit exactly are available in an assortment of designer colors if at a rather inflated price. Nonetheless, the bowls don't hold on to foil or plastic wrap very well and the plastic lids are just more convenient so every couple of years we replace the ones that have cracked. Yes, we hand-wash the lids but they still crack.Still, I recommend these lids if you own the PYREX bowls they go with.PS: Frigovir makes a line of glass bowls with plastic lids that have so far outlasted three sets of our PYREX lids. Alas, their lids don't fit the PYREX bowls, but after enough of those break we'll be purchasing a set of the Frigovirs. Sorry for steering business away from you, Dow-Corning... maybe make the lids last longer?

I only wanted one lid and could not find one for Anchor Hocking. I had read in several places that the lids were not interchangeable between Pyrex and AH. I am glad to report that it fits perfectly.

Crafted fairly well, yet does not fit as snug as the original set. Cover a bit weak on the seal. It's okay for the product I received. Others may had got a tight quality cover.

Original lid had an unfortunate run-in with the heating element on the dishwasher! Found this replacement and it's perfect! May even be slightly better--seems thicker to me. Arrived in one day!!!! I can't physically shop that fast! Very pleased with product and delivery! Will definitely buy from this seller again should the need arise!

This is exactly what I needed. I would rate the product with 5 stars. The unfortunate thing is that I had to purchase 2 when I only needed one. I'm not sure what the reasoning for that was, other than making more money.

My poorly trained husband like to put the lids in the microwave and dishwasher, despite my trying to train him otherwise. The lids of my pyrex dishes ultimately cracked. I was so happy to find replacement lids so I can keep using my glass dishes. Thank you PYREX!

Sooooo happy to have found this. The storage bowls are used weekly and when the top cracked I said "oh no". So glad I found them on Amazon.

Glad to know that Amazon had these. I love these wonderful Pyrex containers which are better than plastic. But for years ago one of my large bowls lid was lost because of the careless actions of a house guest whom doesn't know how to place it into a dishwasher after he used it lost the lid and refused to admit his wrong doing. So for years it's been topless until last week I discovered that Amazon sells replacement lids for Pyrex brands so I got two as the other was starting to deteriorate.

Pyrex being pyrex, great product. Glad we were able to get replacements after all these years and that too outside of the stateside.

Good lids to replace non-Pyrex plastic lids that wore-out/broke easily. Reasonable price, but delivery a bit slow: (2 & 1/2 weeks from Sydney to near Melbourne).

Excellent item perfect fit. So pleased managed to get a replacement.
