Mind you I received this back in 2023 but its never too late to share how a product acted. I needed this adapter for a travel across the pond in Eastern Europe. I hope to use it more in the future, as the only countries I have used it in are. Bosnia & Italy. Anyway, it worked well and made the "charging of a phone" a simple experience. Vast amount of different plugs. There was a moment when I thought I was gonna accidently cause a fire and burn down the hotel. When I plugged in the plug into the main box a spark came out and I immediately pulled it out. After that it seemed to be fine and without any more near fires, all was good. Good product and value for the money.

We purchased two of these actually for traveling abroad so my wife and I would both have one. So glad we did because it is multi-versatile which is great for travelers. It works perfect and is compact enough to make it easy to use when traveling.

Before leaving for our Europe trip, I was paranoid and tested the functionality of the charging ports in the US and confirmed everything worked. I was pleased to be able to charge 2 tablets, 2 phones, and an iphone watch at the same time. The unit did seem to struggle on two occasions while charging my drone batteries, one or two tablets and phone. I heard the internal fan turn on for a bit and when I woke up in the morning, had found that the on/off button was off. Like many others who don't feel the need to read instructions for a simple device such as this, I found that on/off button is only for the 120v plugs and the USB ports are always on regardless.

The USB ports work, but there is something that my iphone doesn't like when charging. It appears to be charging fine, but when using a sound app at night, it kept shutting off the sound that normally plays until I shut it off in the morning. Thought the phone or app was the problem. It happened two nights in a row. Third night I plugged a USB charger into an adapter (not a voltage converter), and all was well again. Unit does come with many adapters that you can plug a USB charger into, and also has has a nice bag for traveling.

Actually quite good. I was surprised considering I had seen some reviews where the buyer said they didnt sit snugly enough in electrical sockets. I didnt have time to test, so I just purchased them and hoped and it worked out really well. A lot of connection issues really does seem to depend on the socket. Though, I went across the EU to multiple countries and while rarely "loose," they never fell out of the socket. And I was always on the move for months, overall I'm incredibly happy with this set and have it packed away ready for my next travels. Oh! And its really lightweight.

Took this to Europe and it did not work anywhere we went. It was a three week vacation. We had to buy a new adapter there. Cannot refund it anymore because the window closed. Very disappointed.

I brought this international travel adapter when I was traveling abroad with my family. Quality is very good and durable. There are enough charging ports. There is also a switch to turn on and off for safety. Adapter is doesn't make any noise. It's comes with all compatibility and good price for very excellent product. I would recommend this to anyone traveling abroad.

This worked excellent for our tour through Argentina. With two power cord outlets and 4 USB ports, we were able to power our laptop, curling iron and cell phones simultaneously. The carry bag helps keep the inverter, power cord and all adapters together for the trip. We could not have functioned without it.
