great for hot kitchens

These pants are a bit stiff, but the 80% polyester weave makes them very water-resistant. They keep me cool in a hot kitchen, look nice, and as an added benefit, I can point to one of the kitchen gadgets on the pants when there's a language barrier. The lead KP where I work is deaf, so this comes in handy on a semi-daily basis.The pattern isn't the best quality, but these pants are very affordable. Professional cooks and chefs know that work clothes wear out rather quickly, but these pants seem to be of a higher quality in terms of construction and durability than other, cheaper brands. The fact that they look cool is a bonus, but everyone on the street will know that you're a pro cook and might bug you for cooking advice, which is cool, but annoying when you're tired from working all day.

So first of the material is very cheap the moment that I took them out of the package and tried them on the left pocket tore they fit wonderfully and feel very good but the material is cheap. Not very happy with it so I am going to order a different brand.

These are just horrible chef pants. They aren't cotton, but truthfully they could have stated that they weren't and I didn't see it, but then again, no chef would wear anything but breathable cotton that won't melt on your legs if you happen to catch on fire. Just don't buy them. The fit was horrible and whatever synthetic fabric they used was simply too hot to wear. Just awful. Don't waste your money if you are a serious cook.
