What a great tool! It flips my fish, burgers, and chops perfectly. The stainless steel spatula is flexible, the slots drain off the grease or oil when removing the food to plate, and there's even a hole in the handle for hanging. I love this tool!

The small one is great to use in my 10” cast iron pan. It slides index eggs and makes it easy to flip them over. It makes scraping the stuck bits of meat for cleaning or making home made gravy. Only thing it really needs to improve, is for it to come with a mail order bride who knows how to cook. I am just learning the art. I have not used the larger one yet, but I suspect it will just as pleasing to use if I ever cook something in my 12” cast iron.
