Hi, when you take off thr lid is the white seal over the honey tight and needs to be pulled off or loose and not fitted? Thanks

Hi, As we pack with more than 1 packing facility, there are two types of seals, one induction seal, and one pressure seal, one requires a peel back and the other doesn't. So long as the honey has not leaked and the tamp[er band attached to the jar is still in tact.

What umf should I get for daily use?

If using just for everyday wellbeing. I suggest using UMF 15+. If your using it to treat a condition I would suggest using UMF 20+ or UMF 24+. Take two teaspoons worth a day, one in the morning & one in the evening. That’s for any of the UMF ratings.
