Not good for really long distance walking. This is not walking shoe. You can dress this up with dress pants or causal. I working front desk. I did have switch out my shoes time to time. More inserts for comfortable for feet. Once I find the correct inserts. It was walking on clouds. My coworkers invested in several pairs. Remember not a long distance walking shoe. If I was more into labor work for this shoe. This may not be good fit for you.
