I've seen 'thicker' cheesecloth! Went back to order description. I had not noticed item must be soaked in saltwater before use to set the color. For the price it is an attractive novelty item. I ordered them to fold and wear for Covid 19 facemask. I already have a flag bandana that I use for this purpose. Good buy for the price.4/9/20 I received an email question in response to my review. "Where was this product made?" Although the Amazon ad states made in the USA, the plastic packaging the bandanas come in statesMADE IN CHINA.

looked thin when I got them but after washing they became soft and exactly what I wanted, good cotton feel and hold their shape and size good

These bandanas are printed will and are a good size. We used them for our team for USA Day… the girls wore them as headbands, tied them around their legs, their wrist, their ankles… they are a standard thin American flag bandana perfect when ordering for a group.

Fun for patriotic holiday napkin/ party favor, etc., but runs in the laundry. Especially the red. Pink undies were not a good look on our boys. Even after salting and washing new ones only in cold, there was a fair amount of bleed, muddying the white stripes. Wasteful and poor value as single-use. Our team used them for unisex neckerchiefs/bandanas to add to uniforms, adorable accent, and they worked for the one event. Not thereafter.
