I got it at a discount as open box but unused, with Acer warranty so at Β£230 it was a steal. Had the 1080p version and the difference is night and day for general use, word, excel etc. Gaming also is better (my 2060 Super just about copes....) Just remember to enable 144hz on the W10 display adapter properties. Red band on stand is a bit of an eyesore (compared to the white / silver 1080p model) and limited inputs, but DP was all I needed. Not sure and don't care if it has speakers..... For the price I got it at and the improvement a 'better' monitor would have to be significant as they are twice the price I paid.
