works but is not the cartridge used in the united states
It should be noted that this is not a SP 3500XA or SP 3500LA cartridge commonly used in the united states. In fact if you call Ricoh from the U.S. they have no clue what this cartridge is for. The cartridge is a SP 3500BR which is not listed on Ricoh's site. That being said it does work in a Ricoh SP 3510SF. It is most likely a cartridge for the Caribbean or Latin America. The box does say intended for sale in North, South America, and Caribbean.

Great toner
This is the best investment that a small business can make. The printer works excellent and the toner give more pages to print that any other.

Toner defective...
Order 2 of these as we do alot of printing/copying, was pretty pleased with the first toner but when I put in the second it just black up all the pages (when I print or copy).. Took it out an realise it was defective (disappointed)..
