Excellent product. Puts smooth, sharp edge on knife. I have used a lot of F-Dick sharpening steels (including the multi cut) and this one is by far my favourite. Simple and effective. Great customer service, very prompt and efficient communication.

Really happy with this steel
I am sushi chef. I used to sharpen my gyuto every couple days. But after using this rod I haven't touch my stone for 2 weeks. This steel really keep my edge. It doesn't sharpen the knife. Really happy with this steel.

Pricey but great steel
Love the steel haven’t used a sharpening stone on my knives in two weeks took a little getting used to it but it has made life at the beef plant much more tolerable

Since use have been useless at helping here Is pictures of the peace of crap I brought off use. Not happy at all first time buying. I want it replaced asap or a refund. Sick of getting stuffed around.
