This is a very good product for nasal relief and supports to breathe easy. Also helps to sleep. But the quantity is less than 30ml. Is the concern. In this price range atleast the customers need the full quantity whatever printed on the product. It's less than the mentioned quantity. Guess must be 20ml. Disappointed 😞

Was having a severe sinusitis. Tried many things but none worked, even normal steam gave relief temporarily. Once I mixed this oil with water it worked like magic. Took steam twice and got completely relieved of the problem. Now it will be a permanent addition to my medicine cabinet.

This provides some relief when inhaled with steaming. Works similar to the green carvox capsules whis I used to use but slightly more effective and more convenient to use. Symptomatic relief, does not cure. Happy with the item, I use it regularly

It’s highly diluted, you will end up putting 10 drops and then also it’s smell won’t last more than few min. Very poor quality . Won’t suggest you buy this . It was promoted product so came up on search and I ended up buying . Do not repeat that mistake
