Don’t hesitate, just get it!
First of all a good nights sleep is priceless! Thank goodness someone finally made something like this. No more worrying about blackout curtains, or the baby “seeing” us when sharing a room. I have used this is two separate locations Camping! This is great for tent or RV camping. It keeps the morning light out, and paired with white noise let our son sleep allllll night, and he took his reg 2.5hr nap. Now our son is 15mo, and has been sleep trained so he already has a very consistent routine, but this let us stay out by the campfire, and chat with friends while he snoozed away in the tent until we joined him later. Hotel! This works great in a hotel, and let’s us share a room while traveling without interruption of sleep. Def rec 100x over! Great product, good quality, and easy to use! Only thing to note is dress your child appropriately if it’s hot out. We did use this once when it was hot, but we did a very light muslin sleep sack and diaper on. Nothing else. Update son is now 2, still loving this product. It’s saved us when traveling so many times. He loves his “tent”

Worth every penny!
I usually don't bother leaving reviews for products but this was such a great purchase I had to share. I was having trouble getting my 5 month old to sleep anywhere but at home because he was so used to sleeping in a dim/dark room. I did a quick web search to see if there was some sort of a breathable cover for his pack and play when we're on the go and found this. I delayed buying it because I thought the price was a little high but finally took the leap when I realized I'm going to need something to darken his sleeping environment while on vacation. I'm so glad I made the investment in this canopy! He took one or two times to adjust to napping with this cover on while we were at my mom's house but by the 3rd time, he fell asleep relatively quickly and slept really well! I also like the way the zipper is placed because I can sneak in his video baby monitor and shut the zipper all the way to keep an eye on him. I made a little contraption with a wire hanger to hang the monitor in the corner completely out of his reach. Pros: easy to use, easy to pack up in bag and bring on the go, provides dim and breathable environment (unlike blankets) Cons: really only "con" is that is it a little on the loose side but it doesn't hang low enough to get near the baby I recommend getting this if you find you're having trouble getting baby to sleep out of house! I'm looking forward to using it while camping too!

Awesome
Love the snoozeshade. We keep it in the car so that when are at grandma's and need to take a nap, I always have it. It fits easily over the play pen and keeps it dark but is still breathable. Because of this product I am able to recreate enough of her environment when we are on the go and she sleeps great. Couple pro tips: When putting it away, make sure you connect the velcro straps together all the way. Otherwise the velcro will snag on the fabric. Second tip- if you are traveling and have a video baby monitor you want to use, you can zip it into the top flap and then angle it so you can still see your baby. (So the camera will be inside the snoozeshade and the base/camera stand is on the outside of the snooze shade and the zipper is zipped up in between the camera and the base to keep it in place.) I'll try to get a picture next time I use it and then add it to this review. Conclusion, love it. It's compact, easy to use and effective

Pretty impressed!
I was unsure how this product would work considering the conflicting reviews. I wasn’t expecting it to be a full blackout, because without being completely opaque, how could it be? (Especially with overhead lights on like some of these reviews show). We had some pretty pathetic shades in our air bnb, but we just put the travel crib in the most shaded corner of the room, turned off all the lights and I felt like it was pretty dang dark in there. Blocked most the light and I swear my son slept better in there then he does at home, LOL. I think it also helps muffle some of the outside sound. I also didn’t notice it being too warm in there, like a lot of these reviews say. I think not having any lights on and shades drawn help it not get too warm. It is dark fabric after all and a lot of direct light would get it warm regardless of air flow. I think the only thing that I would suggest to improve is that the zipper is kind of loud. I wish it was a quieter attachment method. Buttons? Velcro? Not sure there’s really a better solution, but I just noticed it was loud and kind of woke him up a little when closing the opening. Overall I felt like this was a good quality product, easy to set up and worth the money for some good naps and over night sleep!

Not total blackout but works unbelievably well, worth the high price tag
Well as everyone has said, BUY THIS. I was so unsure since it costs more than the actual pack n play itself and I kept thinking it couldn’t possibly be worth it to fork out that much money but IT IS! DO IT! We traveled from the US to South Africa with our 14-mo, room sharing in every hotel for two weeks and adjusting to a 10-hour time difference. This snooze shade was CRUCIAL and I mean crucial for getting our kid to sleep anytime and anywhere. We brought our pack n play from the US with us just to make sure we had a good fit with the snooze shade throughout the entire trip. He adjusted to the time difference faster than we did and slept like a rockstar the whole entire trip. It is seriously an amazing product. Be aware IT IS NOT 100% LIGHT BLOCKING. When we first got it, I realized it wasn’t total blackout and was freaking out that it wouldn’t work, but it does. Like magic. We cover our kid up with it and he falls asleep almost instantly.

Great shade
Did not purchase it for my first baby and now kicking myself as to why?? This shade is wonderful for travel, no need to black out the whole room. It’s breathable and stretchy. I’m using it with my Baby Bjorn pack n play, and it’s perfect. We tried the tent version previously, and just packing and installing it was a pain - literally like setting up a camping tent. This shade is so much easier and lighter. Only wish I had bought it earlier.

honestly... **updated***
***Updated review*** which is a little late but better late than never considering the circumstances I wanna start by saying i was already beyond disappointed with customer service after speaking with them last because they offered to do a certain percent discount but then 2 messages later (same day same few hours going back and forth) they changed it and offered LESS which was weird in itself but whatever I was happy for any sort of refund considering how disappointed i was with the whole thing anyways not even a month after all of that with the customer service (knew I should have just trashed this thing right after the other situation) one night we had layed our littlest boy down as normal for bed(summertime) and then all of sudden I started hearing a weird gasping noise once we finally got cozy in our bed and were falling asleep, my son was gasping for air because he couldnt breathe I had never been so scared in my life I ripped him out of the bed so fast and started nearly shaking him because he wasnt responsive finally after what felt like 10 minutes but I'm sure wasnt quite that long he started breathing again now the summer humid heat isnt the sellers problem but we had already gotten an extra ac unit in our window so the room was NOT even hot it was normal 72-74 but what is the sellers problem is the fact they say this is breathable fabric and ITS NOT OBVIOUSLY even with it being warmer out not nearly hot enough for my son to just stop breathing or anything like that... my son couldnt breathe and WASNT.. u can place our 50 dollar utility fan next to this thing and it will barely have any coming through the material that's ridiculous this thing is dangerous especially for babies still at risk of SIDS, suffocation, etc. Not worth the money and customer service was inconsistent on helping within hours of replying back and forth i dont care for any help at this point because this review update is so long from the last situation but I wanna warn anyone else because this thing is SCARY AND DANGEROUS THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING BECAUSE YOU CANT replace your baby if something happens due to poor air circulation in this 'NeT' look elsewhere or just dont buy it. So not worth it. ok so when I received the product I kind of felt misled because you see the grey side as pictured in the advertisement is mesh which yes makes sense but I was under the impression it was complete black out on partial. I attached this to our playyard because we have 2 bedrooms in our house our room and our oldest sons room (1) and our 5 month old has to sleep in our room because he's so little still but I thought this would be perfect to black out the little light that still comes in the room in the mornings and also our cell phone lights so it doesn't wake him up because i swear everything wakes this baby lol the product was easy to attach and so I decided to leave the lights on and climb in to test it out my SO zipped me in and yes it darkened about 75 percent but was still noticeable and In fact when he wakes and I'm trying to make a bottle if I flip the light switch on he stops crying cuz he sees the light so kind of dissapointed and it's suppose to be breathable but I have a huge box fan that I had my SO place right next to it facing it and I will say NO AIR CAME THROUGH THAT THING AND IT WAS HOT which is my main worry is my son getting too hot especially since it's about to be summer after all he still is only 5 months and overheating can increase the risk and chance of sids so that's scary!! either way with the pandemic I had no option of returning the product so we just kept it not worth risking going in anywhere to make a return I have lupus and my babies are both under 2 and I wasn't even gonna write a review til I received an email asking how the product was and then it really made me think about everything right now and I am quite a bit dissapointed and the picture, to me atleast, looks veryyyy misleading overall the product does 'alright' but I am pretty dissapointed sadly I wanted to love this but it's too late to back out now. I would attach photos but it's not giving me the option too.

Pretty Darn Impressive!
We just used this on our 5-day Disneyland trip. It says it blocks out 94% of the light but idk, it seemed lighter than that in there but seriously do not let that deter you from getting this; even if your baby needs it pitched black you seriously need to try this. For reference, we used this with a 16month old baby who NEEDS pitch black dark. We used a lot of suggestions from the “taking Cara babies” program and she’s had her own sleeping space with it very dark since 5 months old. Since 12 months old she has had her own bedroom and honestly needs it dark/very quiet with a sound machine to sleep. But she is naturally a very good sleeper. With this amazing invention she slept right next to all of us still talking (in whispers) and making noise. We also would keep a couple small lights on. I didn’t even think this would work well which is why I bought this one over the more expensive crib cover contraption….but I would buy this one again and again. I was also very worried about it being too stuffy. Our baby has asthmatic tendencies and some small breathing issues so I was worried about the stuffiness. We kept it a little cooler and didn’t dress her as warm, but honestly it wasn’t stuffy AT ALL. Super breathable. Seriously love this and highly recommend! She slept through the night without a single problem in our hotel room all week because of this.
