However, the sound quality was very poor. It sounded very muffled and I could not hear anything clearly on my end. Maybe the one I received was defective, not sure. The only pro thing about it was it fit great around the ear and it did not hurt at all. Disappointed the product did not meet my expectations. What I don't like is the plastic piece that goes around the ear to hold the bluetooth in place, it's uncomfortable. I tried using just the part that goes into the ear but it kept falling out. I ended up using an around-the-ear holder from another bluetooth which is a little better but still uncomfortable. ### ⭐ Not worth the time *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2019* It was a nice bluetooth earpiece but it just died after about 3 months, it won't charge or turn on. My husband said well it was inexpensive and it lasted the $15 or so we bought it for. I bought 2 of the same and both have died and will not charge at all.
