I looked through the options and it sounded like the urine strips were very hit and miss, and the blood tracking was pretty intrusive. After doing my research I found this monitor and I'm super impressed - it gets it right if I have a cheat day and is otherwise accurate.The one thing I'd recommend to people is not to drink water ahead of using the product. Given it reads acetone on your breath, you need to make sure there's nothing on your breath that will bias the reading. Lexico suggested doing it first thing in the morning which makes sense as a way of getting enhanced accuracy.I wouldn't expect this to be the exact same as a blood reading, but that's not what the seller promises either. It's breath acetone measurement, which is a great non-intrusive way of understanding ketosis. The meter I received performs this 20 second count down twice, every time. Removing and replacing placing the (new) batteries corrects the count down problem for one reading, then it reverts back to the double count down every time after that.In the product description (confirmed in the instruction manual), it states: "The packaging includes 10 mouthpiece refills for your convenience" - The box only contained 5 mouthpiece refills.
