Mic/call/volume controls compatible with Windows phone
Note - this review is of the corded version. I've been searching for an affordable pair of headphones that ticked off a few categories: durable, flat cable, over-ear, microphone compatible with my Windows Phone (Nokia Lumia), decent ratings, and let in enough outside noise so I can hear what's going on around me. I had given up on having in-line volume control compatible with my WP, so was SUPER surprised to see that not only do these have an in-line volume control (hadn't noticed that in the description), it's a slider, so is compatible! Sweet. Pros: -These feel really sturdy. The ear hangers are a very flexible soft rubbery/silicone material, NOT hard plastic like the picture implies. That makes them easy to get on, and they're surprisingly comfortable. -The speaker sits just outside your ear canal vs. inside, so these let in a lot of ambient noise. This is a "pro" for me, because that's what I was looking for (I like to be able to hear what's happening around me), so if you're looking for something noise-isolating, these probably aren't for you. That being said - I'm going to experiment with getting some in-ear tips to go over the speakers for when I'm wanting fuller sound, so will update on whether that works. -The flat cord is nice, and there's virtually no cord noise. I've tried to tangle these, and they're pretty resistant to it. -It comes with lots of accessories - case, extension cord, shirt clip, and 3 different sizes of earpiece attachments. I like the "medium" ones - they block outside sound a tad more by covering your ear canal, and are really comfy. -Mic and in-line answer/end call button works on my Windows Phone (Nokia Lumia). Callers say they hear me clearly. -Volume slider is great, and works perfectly with WP. It's not too touchy either, which is nice - definitely don't want to accidentally turn your volume up full blast. -Comes with a straight plug, which I prefer (we have bulky cases on some of our devices and right-angle plugs don't always work for those). -Extension cord is a great touch, as the included cord is just long enough for me to use with my phone in my pocket without any slack. -Comes with an adapter for certain phone types. I figured I'd need this for my Lumia, but surprisingly the standard one worked. Cons: -The cord is wide and I wish it was a subtler color. -Wish it came with optional noise-isolating eartips. -While the ear hangers are comfy, they're also a little bulky, so sunglasses/glasses don't sit as comfortably as they would without them. Doable though. -Volume seems a little quiet on these. Wish there was more bass. That's really hard to do without in-ear tips or over-ear headsets, so getting into "good luck with that" territory here. Overall, really happy with this, and delighted that it's compatible with my WP!

Good Value For The Money
I did a lot of research before purchasing this product and was very pleased with how it works. First of all, the ear pieces stay securely on my ears (which has been a problem with many other headsets I have owned). Second, the sound quality is good (I primarily use it to listen to music on my Samsung Galaxy S smartphone). Third, the headset is not noise cancelling, so I can still hear what is going on around me while I am listening to music or answering a call (this is a feature I wanted, so it is a positive for me. If you want noise cancelling headphones, this is not the product for you). Fourth, the cord seems stronger than most, so I think it will hold up well to regular use while exercising. OVerall, I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone who wants a corded headset that is not noise cancelling.

Not very functional
I was extremely excited to receive these in the mail - I run very frequently and needed a set of earphones that are non-noise isolating so that I can still hear environmental sounds like cars, loose dogs, etc. I also wanted ones that would stay in my ears, have okay sound, and have an in-line remote, volume, and mic controls. These appeared to fit the bill but they're more flash rather than function. I'm also comparing these to a little $7 set of ear-hood earbuds from Phillips that can be purchased on Amazon or any department store Here's how they stacked up. Fit - This is my main issue. I don't typically have an issue with earbuds falling out but there is a serious design flaw with these. Although the plastic is malleable so that it can better fit your ear, there's no way to keep the left one secure. This is because the cord itself is extremely (and unnecessarily) thick and heavy as well as different lengths for each ear. I've never had an issue with any other earbuds having a cord so thick and heavy that it literally pulls on your ear, but these ones do. The left cord is significantly shorter than the right one and although they do meet at some point and combine into one cord, the left earbud is always being pulled out of your ear. It was a major struggle to keep the left one in and is highly annoying over the course of a long run. This problem is made worse due to the thickness of the earbuds themselves - the plastic is so thick that it's easy to pull them out if you accidentally snag the cord on your arm, finger, etc. This is very unfortunate as the earbuds are quite comfortable. Cord - See above; although it doesn't get tangled, it is so thick and heavy that it literally pulls the left earbud out. If each earbud had a cord of equal length, this wouldn't be an issue. As they're designed now, it causes the left earbud to be pulled out of your ear. Sound - I'm not looking for anything special, I'm out running. I just like being able to have music, period, even if it doesn't sound good so quality isn't a big issue for me. I have regular headphones for stuff like that. These earbuds, however, have far worse sound than even cheap $7 Phillips ones I run with or standard iPhone ones. Not enough to really bother me considering my limited purpose, but it could bother others. Controls - It appears these are not fully functional for non-Apple phones. With an iPhone 6 plus, however, everything worked flawlessly. The mic sounded as good as the standard Apple earbuds and didn't echo. No issues. Longevity - Not sure, I will not continue to use these often. Considering how much the left cord is pulled on by the weight of the cord, it may end up coming loose at some point. I know it sounds crazy that the weight of the cord causes so many issues, but it's only because of the unequal lengths. If they were symmetrical, there wouldn't be an issue. Overall, I cannot recommend these and if it didn't cost $5 to send them back for a $10 refund, I probably would. It's unfortunate because I really, really wanted ear-hook earbuds with an in-line mic and remote for a decent price but these simply don't fit the bill.

Great headphones that don't fall off
Very happy with this purchase! The headphones fit my ears nicely and they stay on! Sound is pretty good (can't compare to high-end brands like Bose though) and they do have some nice features: nice cord that doesn't get all tangled up; an extension cord so you can either use it short (i.e. if you have your phone in an armband) or longer if you keep it in your pants pocket; multi-function button is pretty useful and so is the remote volume control; nice little carrying case which fits the headphones and the extension cord without any issues. I will mainly be using these when I'll be out running. It does also come with a mic but I have not used it yet.

well made, sounds good.
Stays on ear well, but the nice heavy duty cabling is too heavy, and it tends to flop. When using an armband, one must use the included extension as the cord is really short. Would be fine if you clipped it to your collar or back of your cap. Bass is acceptable. The various ear inserts also work well. update: Had these over the holiday period and the smaller black adapter cord stopped sending signals. The larger and longer yellow cord was fine, but it was toooooooo long. sadly, without the smaller black adapter the earphones were too short, even when I wore an armband & phone where the audio jack is at the bottom of the phone....so take that into consideration. They did however sound nice and I loved the flat banded cable.

Best headphones for outdoor exercise
There are remarkably few options for earphones designed for outdoor exercise: you want them to hook over the ear so they stay in place, you don't want them to block out ambient noise because hello, cars!, and you want in-line controls. These fit the bill, plus they come with a very useful case, they have an extremely sturdy, non-tangling cord, and can be adapted for wearing your phone on an armband or at your waist. I haven't had a problem using them with glasses, though I can see how someone might, especially if you had a smaller ear. I use them mostly for audiobooks and podcasts so the issues with sound quality that others have mentioned don't make a difference to me, but it seems to me that those reviews are kind of missing the point of allowing ambient noise. There are other headphones out there that will give you an audiophile experience. These will help keep you safe.

Not the worst, but Very bad for my needs
PROS: - Sound quality is very good - Very Flexible CONS: - They just don't fit comfortably at all, and I tried all the different size attachments that came with them. - If you move the cord around too much you'll starts to hear cracking noise (I personalty think its because of the extra wire included that needs to be attached). OK, I know I'm bashing these headphones but I'm just being honest here. So there is one more thing I don't like about these. When at the gym I usually wear a hoodie and I tuck the headphone cord under it; the problem is that these head phones have volume control on the cord and when I'm running the volume changes and I have to try to find the volume control over my hoodie to fix the volume (The volume control on the cord should have a locking switch to prevent this from happening).

APPARENTLY NOT FOR IPHONE
Bought these for use with my IPhone while running outdoors. Usually buy the cheapest ones I can find, which last anywhere from 3 months to a year before bombing out. I will admit that I am fairly abusive with these things - I will run in any weather including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc. and sweat profusely while doing so. So not actually surprised by short service lives of the cheaper units. This time I decided to spend the extra bucks on a set that are made for sports. First impression was that these seem rugged and well made. Fit around my somewhat large ears is very comfortable. I could see how the bulky loops may be uncomfortable for children or an adult with smaller ears. I like this style earbud because it is not inserted into the ear canal. Sound quality is OK. Don't expect amazing bass or concert hall sound. But fine for my purposes. I can clearly hear music or podcasts, while also being able to hear those outside ambient noises that one should be able to hear while running outdoors: car horns, barking dogs, etc. I like the additional cord extenders that come with the unit, so that you can vary length depending on activity or where you carry your iphone, ipod, etc. The carrying case is also handy. Here's the problem: There is some kind of built in voice command feature that activates on its own without any prompting. It will pause the music and switch to a voice command screen, but will not respond to any voice command. This usually starts about 20 to 30 minutes into the run, or around the time I start to work up a sweat. This unwanted annoyance continues every minute or so for the rest of the run. It seems that contact with sweat triggers this feature. Not exactly what I would expect from a "Sport" model. Looking further into this problem, I found that the version I purchased for $29 does not list the IPhone as a compatible device. Amazon sells another version for $44 that is compatible with Apple products. Maybe this is the reason for the wonky behavior? If so then this is clearly my fault, but this should have been worded more clearly on the product description. At this point I'm not willing to plunk down more money to find out, so I will go back to buying the cheap ones.

Not for sport
I bought these to use when running, thinking the over the ear design would prevent the headphones from falling out. Well it doesn't and they do. They are no better than normal apple earphones and not worth the money. Wasted purchase!

Returned the item since by mistake bought the wired one. Sound is good. Brighly colored. If I would get the wireless one within $50, I would definately buy it.

Tienen muy buen sonido. Y me gustó que se puede hacer mas grande el cable (longitud). Además son ideales para correr.
