Ive been using Liquid health for about 6 months as a substitute for the Solgar Liquid melatonin. I use 10ML and it takes time for me to fall asleep but not keep me asleep throughout the night unless I dose 2 x 10 ML. I then wake up groggy & sometimes causes weird dreams/ nightmares. The dosage is strong enough and I guess dosing is dependent on individuals.

Habia estado tomando esto normal 2 veces justo antes de q le viera unas particulas extrañas adentro y justo esa noche q me lo tome con las particulas en la madrugada me levante porque se me subi algo como un acido o comida, asi pasaron las semanas y todo fue empeorando,nauseas,dolor,pesadez,llenura en fin todavia es la hora que no se que tengo pero se que fue gracias a este suplemento sin duda y espero que esten a tiempo y decidan no comprarlo paea que no tengan que pasar por lo que hoy yo estoy pasando que es oorriblee!!! No se si tienen buena regulaciones en cuanto a la seguridad y calidad del producto esta en tus manos si arrisgarte o no,me encantaria que el propietario se contactara conmigo

Works great, the entire family uses it once a week. Does not have you waking up groggy, no smell, taste is tolerable, and works fast.

I fall asleep so fast with this product. I only take .75 ML each night so it lasts a few months. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore. Definitely worth it.

I’m not sure how effective these actually are since I gave them to my mother-in-law to try. The quality seems good, though the price was a bit more than I wanted to spend—but I was curious to see how they’d do. The dropper makes it super easy to use. She says it tastes gross, but honestly, everything tastes gross to her! There’s no noticeable smell, which is a plus.
