Worked well
As opposed to previous one which failed to work (made loud clicking noise when inserted in printer). The help from HP was pathetic, so I returned it !

Non-branded product!
I bought this product in April 2024 well in advance of needing it and have just tried to install it in my M404dw printer. Despite it being purchased as a genuine product, it is clearly not - printer message was “cartridge blocked, not an HP chip”!

Take it out plug it in - recycle the old one.
It was easy to unpack and install, and the printer recognised it. The old cartridge can be sent off for recycling in the same packaging.

Not Genuine Product
I ordered this product thinking that it’s the original HP toner, but when it arrived and I inserted the toner into the printer, the printer wouldn’t accept it and states that it’s not a genuine toner. When I requested for a return, they refunded the money but I didn’t needed to return the item. I am surprised as this toner costed £210 and they refunded the money without having to take the return. It makes me think that something is wrong here.

The guy came in - dumped in wrong office and left them....luckily the office knew who we were.Product is fine

Did not work - blocked by printer firmware
Bought genuine to avoid problems, but printer would not accept this cartridge -"The installed cartridges have been blocked by the printer firmware because they contain a non-HP chip.Event code 10.00.46"Amazon were really good at accepting a return, thank you!
