After less than a year the left mouse click stopped responding. After a few days of trying to use it anyway, the button came loose from its frame and pieces of plastic fell out. Support refuses to admit there's a problem and keeps accusing me of intentionally disassembling the mouse myself and trying to give me a coupon to buy another one. These people do not stand behind their products. I spent years waiting for the Pro X3 to be available in the US and after 11 months it's destroyed and my choices are to buy another one at nearly full cost or to spend my money elsewhere.
