I can't even express how terribly disappointed I was. This was a gift from my husband to our daughter for her sweet 16th birthday. The pendant itself is very pretty, however the chain is complete, and I mean complete garbage. It was very kinked in several places upon arrival. It's one of those necklaces that if you bend it, it will kink…and stay kinked. Also, the clasp was broke and it didn't completely close. We actually decided to trash the necklace and go buy our daughter a better quality necklace for the beautiful pendant. Both me and my husband and daughter couldn't believe that it would have been shipped in that condition (with several kinks (that can't come out) and with a broken clasp). I would return it in a heartbeat, but she really likes the stone. So, needless to say, that special moment of that gift from dad on her 16th birthday was really a let down.
