Will a Trulicity pen fit with the end cap? If so, how many will fit?

Hello, 
Our insulin cooler with the actual biogel inside has 1.95inches of free space in circle, plus angles! You can check the 4th picture titled Quantity of Vials where you have the design from upside. We think it can fit 2 Trulicity pens without any problem if inserted smartly: one with cap up and the other one down but we are not sure about a third one as we have not tested it physically. However you can order and test it out! If it doesn't meet your needs, we can absolutely provide a free return label to return it for a full refund. Hope this helps.

Is this item TSA approved?

Yes, this item is TSA approved. The product itself can easily be carried by train or plane without any problem. What needs to be declared are just the medicines you bring with you. So you just need to inform and declare to the TSA officers at the checkpoint before inspection of your condition or show your disability card and also explain them that you are bringing medicines with you (make sure they are all labeled) and you are ready to go with no problem :) :)

does it work in a cruise?, for example to leave it plug in when the ice pack is not freeze anymore?

Hello,
Yes this cooler is designed specifically for those remote trips. The USB plug alone would keep the internal temperature 20-25F lower than the external temperature. So even at temperatures of 90F outside it can keep insulin cold. That way it would have even more room to hold 1.5x more storage than with biogel. With biogel it helps keeps temperate 2-8 even for longer. Please see the lab results in picture number 2 for more accurate test results.

Will the upgraded model in May have a built in thermometer?

Hello, we have already upgraded to port C USB and it is available for purchase. We do suggest to not wash usb lid because of electronics. However,  other part of the product that do not contain electronics can be washed safely.
