They are not cottony feeling at all, though, which you should be aware of before you buy in case that is important to you. I was expecting more of a jersey feel, but they have a silky-soft feel. That feel is definitely polyester, but the look is actually beautiful. The only part that has much cotton is the waist. I love wearing these around the house.
