I had a bug service and it did not work as well as this stuff!! I have to say this works very well. It may take a couple of days to get it back to the nest but this stuff works really well. It kills them off and they stay gone for the season. I get ants once a year in the heat wave and it takes a couple of days for the ants to carry the poison back to their nest but once they do they stay gone. I had a professional service that kept getting sold and they were not as good as these little packets you simply cut the top off of and lay down where you see the ants. In a couple of days no more ants. Works great and cost way, way less.

There are so many products out there for getting rid of pests, however so many do not do the job. When I first purchased these baits, I was warned by a store employee that they work but be patient because the bait is so attracting to ants that you will see many of them at first. But, she warned don't interfere with the process, let it do its' thing....So I did and after that initial period, All of the ants were gone. Everyone of them. Now, I make sure to keep a supply and I have found they are cheaper on this site. I try to stock up because, for some reason when something really works....they take it off of the market. This is truly a quality product, which I start putting out before Spring and refresh throughout the Summer. Great Product!

We live in a very forested area that has lots of wildlife and... insects, including several healthy colonies of ants. When the weather warms up, apparently they feel the need to come inside, and our 75-year-old house has plenty of ways for them to get in. A friend recommended Terro ant baits and I was skeptical at first, but this stuff really works. We do have a dog so I can only put them on window sills and behind furniture, but that seems to be sufficient. The ants have a nice big party drinking this stuff, don't go anywhere else in the house once they've found it, head straight back to their colonies and bring the poison with them. No ants in sight for months. I replace the bait every 3 months. It also beats spraying go-knows-what around the house and cleaning up dead ants. They either die in the trap or bring it back to the colony, so no big mess. Highly recommend.

We had some small ants invading put out 2 of these and within one day they were gone.

This is a good, easy to use product. One thing to note is that it does not work immediately - but just be patient and it will take care of any ant problems that you have.

The best news is this is borax-based, I believe. I am hoping their systems will not adapt to meet that challenge. Before Terro, I was always besieged in early spring. This year I have seen only one lone one and quite infrequently. I have hope.
