It’s worth noting that these don’t give instant relief — they work best when taken daily for a few days — but once they kick in, the results last. Definitely notice when I don't take it.
I've used these for a while after a colleague suggested them, you don't really notice they're doing anything until you run out then the reflux comes back and you see how well these actually work. Repeat buyer of these as the price is better than in the shops and they are really helpful with someone who really suffers with acid reflux
