Love product but dislike to just hit reorder. $17.08 one month $18.99 the next. I always take with first few bites of food so it does not sit on top of meal. I also recommend taking by itself for candida. Yes it can make you feel sluggish for a few days as it digest years of debris and yeast overgrowth. Flush with lots of water daily and add probiotics when intestines become vacant. They work for muscle pain too and help to clear the lymphatic systems over time, which I believe when sluggish, contributes to fibromyalgia. I had candida for years, got well and became first a massage and then myoskeletal therapist. I always told people how I got well after severe chronic fatigue, I believe was caused by overuse of antibiotics used for 2 years to treat my symptoms and the 1960's diet of pop and sweets growing up. I love enzymes and will never stop using them. My husband and kids also take when getting sick or eating really rich food. No more heartburn when taken before meal. I have gone through a bottle now and didn’t want to write a review until I did. I began with terrible digestive issues after taking a medication for MS that really messed up my stomach. I started to not eat at all to avoid it. I then started getting heart palpitations as well (or an extra beat.) I went to the cardiologist twice, visited my Dr for an ultrasound on my stomach... nothing out of the ordinary. I had a big celebration dinner coming up a couple years ago and didn’t want to miss it, didn’t want to not eat, but just felt terrible. As a last resort I ordered these. I started taking two before each meal and noticed a difference within a couple of days. The heart palpitations even stopped. (They came back a couple days later but stopped completely at about a week on these.) I can’t imagine this was a coincidence. Both my ailments were gone. Once I felt better I switched to a daily probiotic and have been mostly symptom free since. When my stomach acts up every once in awhile, or even more rare now if I feel any palpitations, I can take one or two of these and feel better. I no longer have to take these daily but like to keep them on hand just in case. These make me feel better quicker with any stomach ailment. Better than tums, or the like for sure. I’m just back to order another bottle so I thought I should finally leave my review. I was definitely not disappointed and would recommend these to everyone.
