Product is fine. Been taking it with benfotiamine and TTDR. Only writing to say, whoever said this has no taste and it’s cool to mix it in their drink LIED TO YOU. This tastes absolutely rank and it’s one of the worst supplement tastes I have ever experienced. Though, it was the best supplement in my price range, so, I am willing to suck it up. BE FOREWARNED.

Fast acting, if you take the whole pill, you will get a headache and nausea (100 Mg dosage is too high, the recommended amount is 50mg). I like to open the pill and mix the powder in my coffee. The powder does not have a taste so it is easily mixed with drinks if you don't want to swallow it

B-6 along with Magnesium Glycinate helps me relax at night so I can fall asleep.

Hola. Compré esta Vitamina B6 para mejorar mi hormona Prolactina. Llegó en buen estado, luego la tomé y mi estómago se sintió inflamado y pensé que quizás yo estaba muy satisfecha porque no había pasado mucho rato desde mi última comida. La seguí tomando de noche ya que me dan un poco de sueno. Duré 2 semanas tomándola y me comenzaron las nauseas cuando las tomaba. Y por eso dejé de tomarlas este domingo. Porque me di cuenta que aunque pase unos 2-3 días sin tomarla (ya que pensé que era porque los mg son muy elevados) pues la tomé unos días después y fue horrible. Casi vomito mientras iba manejando mi vehículo. El dolor de estómago y náuseas duraron 1 hora aproximadamente y fue horrible. No las quisiera tirar porque se que son buenas pero esta dosis no es recomendable. Aunque nunca he sufrido de gastritis ni nada por el estilo no me quiero imaginar que le ocurriría a una persona que si padezca gastritis 😭😭😭 Le compré un pote a mi padre y aún es la fecha que a él no le llega. Buona qualità eccellente mais L'articolo errato ricevuto era di 150 capsule x 20 mg = 3.000 mg. L'articolo ha ordinato 60 capsule x 100 mg = 6.000 mg. ! 24€! 🥵
