These insoles have the right amount of padding: some padding, but not too much. You don't want too much padding or else your shoes will be too tight and squeeze the tops of your feet or toes. For me, these worked well. They gave me a little cushion without squeezing me out of the shoes. They are extremely easy to cut down to fit your shoes. After experimenting with the comfort in my shoes, I cut off the toes of the insole entirely so that the padding stops at the balls of my feet, just before my toes. So I have padding from heal to ball, but nothing under my toes. This worked best for me. The biggest complaint I have about these insoles is they only have adhesive on the heel. So if you decide to cut the heel off, your insole won't stick to the bottom of your shoe bed. They really need to add tape to the sole as well. I also had a hard time peeling the backing off the adhesive. It kept trying to pull the adhesive off the foam insole itself. One other improvement suggestion; they should make these out of memory foam instead of regular foam. With those two tweaks to the design, these would be great. I give the overall comfort a 3 out of 5. They don't make your heels feel like slippers by any means. But its better than nothing. They definitely improve the comfort of my shoes. Overall, I think these are a pretty good product and I would purchase again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well padded insole for comfort *by S***C on Reviewed in the United States on July 18, 2020* These insoles are very comfortable for any situation where you are required to be on your feet for a long time, or when wearing heels that are not comfortable. These insoles do take up a little room on the inside of the shoe, so I do not recommend this item for shoes that fit tight. What I did was order my shoes in a wide width and put the insoles in my shoe and they fit well and are very comfortable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely helps *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 17, 2020* They help but not exactly what I expected. The adhesive doesn’t stick that well and it moves around in my shoe. Helps with comfort but I wish there was more padding on the ball of my foot.
