I took two stars off in the rating for being a good marker set for beginners, and in this regard, I am considering beginners as children mostly, but adults too that either may be hard on markers or slightly more likely to lose caps, only because there are similar dual tipped markers out there that do the same essentially the same thing but are cheaper to purchase (unless Tombow markers are on sale). They will likely have less ink, and less color choices, and not quite as good a pen tip, but they are still perfectly good as markers.
