Lucky to have found it.
I read many books on Pranayama (Indian science of breath), and this is by far one of the very best ones i know. The author doesn't waste any time and gets every page filled with useful information that can radically change the way we live literally every hour of our day.High praises to Harish Johari, who has made available this great knowledge in a very easy and direct way.

Great book packed with great wisdom!
This little book has so much wisdom in it. Harish Johari is a master at synthesizing eastern knowledge and making it accessible for the western mind.

An interesting concise book on Swara Yoga breathing system.
The senior years often come with numerous age-related health issues; however, it can also be a time of happiness, joy, love, and peace of mind. My lifetime interests in numerous martial arts (Judo, Jujitsu, Karate-Do MMA, Boxing, Krav Maga and other systems) and mind/body activities (Tai Chi, Qigong, Metaphysics, Yoga Zen and Taoism) has provided a full and interesting life. This is why when I saw this 86-page soft cover small volume (Breath, Mind, and Consciousness by Harish Johari) on Amazon I decided to purchase it.This concise volume covers Swara Yoga techniques that include numerous breathing exercises to improve yourself mentally, physically and spiritually. This volume is filled with interesting practical Swara exercises; however, to obtain the best results you may want to take some of these exercises under the guidance of a Swara Yoga Instructor.The four chapters cover “The science of Swara Yoga, Swara Yoga and the five elements, healing and other applications of Swara Yoga, and overview of Swara Yoga.”In conclusion, if you are interested in Yoga breathing techniques you should check out this book.Rating: 4 Stars. Awesome! Small book with precious informations. If want go more deeply, understanding about how pranayama works , how breath affects body, mind and at end your consciousness you will find good explanations here.
