Easy to adjust for many thigh widths. Very comfortable to wear all day. 5) It's a difficult to pee standing up but the whole unit slides up and down easily without undoing the waist strap if you just drop it with your underwear to sit down. It has allowed me to exercise vigorously without the burning sensation I felt when exercising without it. I am even able to play hockey with it on. It does not fit well under clothing so you need to wear a loose fitting top or coat if you want to cover it from view.
